(Trever Grissam) My friends and I just did what we call a speed run in which we gave ourselves 1 day and $0 to come up with a film, edit, and publish it. We plan to do more speed runs and see how much our quality per time increases as well as our morals and integrity, so that clean content becomes more second nature through out. Morality should be natural and the thought immediate.

Theory being that its much easier to catch bad habits publicly. The "must appear perfect" mentality to serving God is crap though one must be improving and actively in a relationship with God. This came after my considering the pulling of our first speed run, the "Foliage Hunter", for the slightly questionable rock scene. I make no justification for originally making it and posting it in that state.

However feel free to giggle and then say, "Don't do that though." >.> Anyway if we ever stray so far from the morals of a Christian nature that it seems we are trying to entertain using any means necessary, then please don't support us, we trust that our audience has enough good sense to choose good, clean entertainment, which C.H.E.W.S. strives to make readily available.

We will phase in natural messages slowly over our developmental period as the ideas come, the morality aspect of our films must follow efficiency and quality so the morality is not lost in poor production. For now they consist of little or no deeper meaning. The fact is, a transparent, "we are not perfect but God is", approach is much better if we wish to reach real people, for which the studio was perceived.

Though we won't tailor or film to an overly religious and stale criteria please point out any perceived moral issues so that we may watch them closely and not have anything grow without our knowledge. Especially when some things are only truly bad when expressed in the wrong light, however may be an effective tool when used correctly. Such balance will be examined at great lengths. Many people hurt and struggle in life, crushed by pain. Yet they hide it or turn to so many other things. The solution is to become friends with Christ. While a perfect life is not promised as a result, his comfort, strength and peace are well worth the struggles. The Bible makes many mentions of there being hardship in the Christian life. "21 They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, 22 strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. 'We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,' they said." (Acts 14: 21-22) (I mention this only for the reason of honesty that no one may be misled into thinking it overly gentle of a life. This prevents falling off.) One misconception Christians often give is that to gain a relationship with Christ you must first change yourself and quit your sin. Though we preach the opposite, we unwittingly teach this in action. Despite the scripture, " You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:6-8)." We say such naive things as 'lesbians and bi-sexuals that call themselves Christians are not Christian.' While it is true that this is a sin and that to refuse to give it up to God as one grows in understanding and is confronted is rebellion towards God. If this person refuses help and council for a period of time they are to be treated as a non believer. This goes the same for those who wrong another and do not repent of the wrongdoing after numerous stages of confrontation. However, one's sins will be revealed to the heart on God's timing and God works in man at his time. To give your life to Christ means to let your heart be transformed. There will come a point when one desires to give up sexual immorality, though God first took them comforted them and blessed them while they had not yet done so. If one does not come to Christ because they are afraid to give up something, they missed the message. You don't just give it up to earn him. He takes you and changes you until you want it gone, realizing its harm. I myself had many sins I had yet to repent of when first saved and many I still regularly repent of, desiring my freedom. Every sin causes harm, yet God loves and gives strength, mercy and power during such periods. There are no prerequisites to come to God. Sin is harmful but God wants your heart first; then as you grow in relationship with him, your sin gets taken away as your desires change to become more pure. One last note is if a lesbian or any other form of sinner comes to you and repents- no matter how many times in a day- you must forgive them. " 3 So watch yourselves. If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. 4 Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.” " (Luke 17: 3-4)

Sometimes all it takes is one simple question from God to come to a revelation in life and find a new deeper peace. Sometimes he may just ask, "Son, what are you doing to yourself, is this not stupid?" Regardless of the questions he asks us, its important to remember he is reaching out to us and there is no evil in God. He is love, rest, joy and strength and our evil is incompatible.I just praise God that we can trade it in for the righteousness of Christ. Before asking the question, "If there is a God, then why is there so much evil in the world?" The answer is that he is is patient enough that we may be made good and he thus has not destroyed us all. Since we are all evil in nature and practice evil, we all equally deserve punishment. When bad things fall on another it is not because they are more of a sinner but rather it is a warning to us to stop or not enter such things. Try asking, "If there is no God, why is there so much good in the world?" Negative outlooks crush the spirits of man, so rather focus on the things that are good and praise worthy instead of all the things wrong in the world that deserve far less glory. Gods questions uplift the spirit because his outlook is pure, why do ours cause such pain and doubt? Perhaps its time to examine how we look at life and search for the good (God) in all things.

Today in america schools are teaching subject with a standard curriculum that is only slightly different from the other. What needs to be changed is not the curriculum but how to understand it. Why don't we teach logic in school. If we were taught logic wouldn't we be able to make smart decisions based on what we know, and not what we could find out on the internet. Not logic as in math and science. CRITICAL THINKING is what we need. Not saying math and science aren't needed. Basically we need to be taught how to think not what to think. Can i hear an amen!

We should be getting a real website with paid hosting in about a week. We have 26 followers on twitter and 3 members of the studio. If there is no further delay a draft of the complete business plan will be available upon posting the website. When we are satisfied with the business plan we will register as a small business and apply for a grant. Live up dates and random quotes can be found on our twitter page.( http://twitter.com/chewsstudio ). Also we have a few live action shorts on our youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/CHEWStudio1) and are working on ones with more quality. We have just found out how to achieve proper transitions with our software.As a last statement just because we are not yet registered as a business does not mean we do not have legal rights and proof of ownership for the studio name. To be honest we do! So don't mess with us. :)

Chews now has 10 followers on twitter with only a week of having it. We recommend visiting our twitter for real time updates because the twitter tends to stick to more studio related stuff and stays more up to date. Another bit of good news is that we now have an advisor who will help us write or LLC. This will limit the liabilities of the partners starting this business. Also we created a template for future vodcasts and implemented quality control procedure. We now have a good video editor and found a means of training volunteers! I am happy to have personally gotten to help someone through a hard day and Micah is getting pretty good at graphic arts! We are hopping for a business phone soon so that people may actually call and plan to start a bank account. Contemplating my funeral

I am trying to decide how I would like my funeral. Initially I was set on a huge over the top party (Assuming my death left enough money to pay for it.) The logic behind this is that I would be happily in heaven partying so why morn. Then I got to thinking that funerals are really for the benefit of those who cared about the deceased. It is so they can morn and find comfort in tears and each other. So then I thought a few days for morning then a party at the end. This however would make it hard for those who had jobs espite the fact that it makes more sense in reference to the bible eg. when the Jews where told that the time to morn was over and they should have a feast. (though I know this was not in reference to a funeral, as far as I recall.) So now I am left thinking of ways to best to benefit those I left behind. I am thinking a slower more bittersweet party with a tone similar to the passover, though I don't find a passover it's self appropriate since I am not God nor am I Jesus, which are one in the same.

Battles of Chistian life

I still remember the hell God removed me from. Sometimes the fear of going back is the only thing that moves me forward. God never promised an easy life but he did say that he will never leave nor forsake us which is always proven true. Some times I am told I am not Christian enough and some times I am told I am too Christian. Despite this I fight every day for the kingdom of God I march forward knowing that when I feel like I can't move much further God will tell me peace be still and peace will again fall upon me reminding me what I fight for. I sometimes can see God right by my friends and he is begging to be let in with his loving eyes all the while my friends feel miles away and tell me I am wasting my time and that they are going to hell. I work hard in every area in my life knowing that the areas I fall short in are the ones that make it on paper. No matter how much I do people will look back at me on paper and realize just how crapy I appear. The good news is God has long since burned that paper and it no longer defines who I am. It is also good news that your life on paper is no longer what defines you but rather the desires of your heart. As Paul said "I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin. Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit." (Romans 7:18-Romans 8:4) It was the lord who set me free to do good works and that is what I will do. I will fight for my faith to the point of insanity because even that is better than life without God. I even risk not getting the most wonderful girl in the world by sticking to my personal conviction that if i am pursuing someones daughter then they have parent like rights over me. This is a personal conviction over me (though it is never right not to respect the parents my conviction is a step further and a risky one at that.) It is a risk in that it sometimes hinders me from building the trusting close relationship I would other wise whole heartedly pursue. Though it would be fine to pursue such things and wouldn't be disrespectful, due to my personal conviction, I won't till I know the boundaries and permissions of her parents. Also Gods message is love to inperfect people so please don't attack people because of faults or accuse Christians of being hypocrites just because that when they fail it is a contridiction to what they are trying to do and what they are admitting to pursueing. Lately every night I have had spouts of fear that I am falling away from God, or that my downfall as a Christian is inevitable. I am trying to fix old habits with school and work ethic. I have completed every assignment accept one, so far. However the speech teacher lost one of my journals so I appear to be missing work in there. Plus in chemistry, because I was in a club, I missed nearly all of class on a lab day and had to get data off the board. I then lost a bunch of points for not being able to identify experinemental errors and details.That brought my chem grade to a D. Point is, I am tired of failing and the enemy is attacking me for not doing enough in that area. I want to see results and most likely my family and my best friends family do too.I am given the feeling that I am failing my family and God, which I am. This really presses me spiritually. Plus satin keeps telling me, "I got you." He puts the fear in my heart that I will fall to sins of adultery which I worked so hard to get away from. On top of the he keeps beating me up with the fact that I am not good enough. My response, "Yes but my god is!" he even makes me fear not being able to keep a girl seeing as my Dad is much more of a Man than I will ever be and his wife left him. I respond, "I will put my trust in God and not in my own ability." One morning he was trying to get me to dwell on inappropriate things that I could probably do with a girl in Texas. I fought with it for nearly 20minutes when the familiar feeling that I already lost and was just stalling came. I asked my dad to take a shower and went up stairs. When I got up the stairs my heart cried, "Lord please help!" The argument came into my head that the pleasures I receive by sinning never have lived up to expectations. Plus the guilt felt after is not worth it. The enemy reminded me that he is the bringer of guilt, and so he promised he would not attack me with it. The thought came that he is for one, a liar and can't be trusted and two I responded, "Don't you thing that the man who created all pleasures has more to offer me than you." God sent A surge of his power through me and I won. Still every night he tries to use another attack on me and tell me that I am at my make or break point. I reply God will never let me Go and I chose MAKE rather than break!:) However I would like prayer that my mission to get some of my friends saved and to honour God will be fulfilled as well as prayer about my school and my lack of ability to show emotional connection. I love God, want to improve on school and work ethics and wish that all I do would give glory to God. As one last thought, please pray for my best friend and his sister. (I have the feeling the enemy wishes to come at them with full force in order to get to me.)

New youth group

Hi whats up? Ok don't respond I will just tell yall... (or you.... ok probably just my self) what is going on in my life. I am going to get to take care of a children's ministry and start a youth group in a home based group. I think it one of the most exiting things to happen in my life. For the youth I want an open environment in witch A discussion is started and everyone gets engaged and learns about God and life from one another's experiences and views. I also want important questions to be ask and an authentic community to be built. I am going to work harder at showing my current best friend and his family that God does have the power to make a good and honest teenaged boy and that he has done it in my life. I believe I have some how failed at this and they don't know my heart. I am still A screw up but I do my best and will do Gods will even at my own risk. Plus I am always happy to receive advice or concerns as well as answering personal and hard questions. So please feel free to talk to me publicly or privately. Finding yourself

I was recently reflecting on life when my thoughts wondered of to how my step Mom recently left to "find herself." This led me to thinking about when I had made my first big leap of faith in the sixth grade. I remember feeling really crappy and crying myself to sleep every night. I also remember thinking if only I could be myself things would be different. But I then had the thought that maybe this person that was doing more harm then good and that continually failed at everything may be who I was. That maybe part of me was what I did. (Don't make fun, yes it took me that long to realize this! actually, it is kind of is sad :) ) Anyway I wanted to make a difference that was good and would last. I wanted to do my best to serve the God who had done so much for me, yet here I was fighting to stay from thoughts of suicide despite a great family. I then remember letting go of the unknown hope I was fighting to hold onto and feeling as if I was falling into a dark unknown and I thought, "Lord catch me I have nothing, help me to be better." now as I was thinking back on that moment I had the question of whether or not who you are is something you find. Or if it is, that as people, we are never exactly the same person and we are either getting better or getting worse. At this point It would be our decision who we are each day. Maybe by telling us to die of ourselfs everyday and to be born again, God may be telling us to no longer define ourselfs by what we have done but by what we desire and what decisions we make now. Every time we die we are letting our previous self go for a better self. Also maybe one of the things satin tries to steal kill and destroy is our God given power to be who we want. He instead traps us in a path we do not like. I believe God gives us the option to head toward the good and pure desires we where built with. Question is not who am I? But it is what do I want to become and will I except Gods help? And that is the revelation I had (but much shorter.) that was the end of a series of thoughts that left me exhausted and with head ache! Plus I forgot to mention it started when I was beating my self up. (Go Jesus?) I don't know, Have a good day!

The animations basic plot

Hello everyone! I have decided to reveal the basics of the story in the animation currently being called Trajectory! It takes place in the near future; however the technology is far different than in real life. The story follows the life of 5 main characters as they find themselves in an over the top battle car sport named S.V.D.R. There are huge guns, dynamic challenges and a unique score system. The best part is the danger level is equal to that of a destruction derby. However there is a religious group of Christians who believe the sport to be sinful. This group then sets out to kill off the competitors and screw up the sport claiming that it is for the cause of Christ. The sport continues but a side battle is started.

The whole point of this animation is to make a strong statement that this studio is against the religious crap and attempts to separate the true purpose of the Christian faith from the popularized view of Christianity being a means of control, and the view that it is a group of people that somehow find themselves superior to the rest of the world. We want the world to know what the love of God really is!

Sorry I have not posted in a while, I've been busy. First off I would like to say that the co president and I are still working on the studio. The current animation outline has had a little progress and I even started on a second outline. I am also excited to say no new members have quite and that I had a response to the help wanted add. The response was from a guy that I think is in England! He is actually schooling to learn animation! (At least that is my understanding.) Second of all I have been switching operating systems to ubuntu linux witch is pretty awesome! By the way God has been working in me (still) and is revealing sins that need to be dealt with. I am making progress in dealing with them as they come. I have a lot of new messages from God to share, that will be in further post. (Whenever I get a chance to get on.) I do believe it is inportant to tell you that God is persueing you with a passionate love, whether you are saved or not. Plus the kind of love he has is that in which we are completly dependent on his love and there is nothing we can do to pay him back, because we are the weaker vessel. This is described is psmalms 23.(As well as a lot of other things.) I am not qouting it because it is a short chapter that I encorage you to read yourself. Boy I have a lot to say, so where do I start? First off I went to an awesome retreat about a week ago. It is much different then a normal retreat. It is called Chrysalis and the adult version is the Walk of Amos. I learned so much during the trip and even had a true experience with God that actually makes a difference when the retreat is over. You have to get sponsored to go and I recommend you look it up and send a Christian friend there or have them send you! Heck I was even inspired for the animation outline that is in the works. I am pretty positive I will be launching the animation studio some day. In other news I am going to a concert this weekend that has Red, Family Force 5, Kutless, Hawk Nelson, and Barlow Girls! I am stoked especially for the Family Force 5 they rock! And one more thing somewhat unrelated. God does not Send anyone to hell. (Wait and read the rest before you accuse me of being a cult.) Hell is a place of complete separation from God that was created for Satin and his Demons. God loves us and wants a personal relationship with each and everyone of us. He wants to fulfill our need for intimacy (I do not mean sexually) in order that we may enjoy freedom from: trying to fit in, sin and religion. The reason Jesus had to die is because God can not look on sin and our hearts were filled with it even when our actions were right. The only way to kill sin without killing us was to take it on himself, die and rise again. Jesus had a close loving relationship with his father. (God loves him self and does not Need us) He came down and lived how we should live. Not enslaved to doing right but doing it out of his hearts desire. He then became sin on the cross where the father looked away and reject his son because of the sins of the world and Jesus felt that rejection from someone so close to him and he said, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" This is the first and only time God turns his back on his own son. Now while we are on earth we choose whether or not we want a relationship with God. If we reject him on earth we choose to be separated from him eternally. Rather than give up our guilt we choose to bear it eternally in torment. If we choose a relationship with God this leads to a heart change and a desire to please him. Plus think about it if we want nothing to do with God here, who will we connect with in heaven? Paul who devoted his entire life to God, suffered because of it and was eventually persecuted? Peter who gave up everything to follow him and was also persecuted for his faith? Or how about Jesus the one whom you continued to reject to your death bed. By the way Hell is a torment you don't want and I recommend asking Jesus into your life and excepting that relationship. There is nothing you could have done to make God reject you. He love you and wants you as you are. He died for us while we were still trapped in sin. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 (NIV)

C.H.E.W.S. update

Currently the studio Has not lost or gained any members since I have started this blog. I am wholly glad that no members were lost it would be nice to have more seeing as there is not nearly enough members. Also I may be dropping our financial adviser because I have not been able to get a hold of him for a few months now. I mean to say that I am considering dropping him but it is not yet decided. Also absolutely no additional work has been completed on the thirty minute live action video since I had last mentioned it. This is due to the fact I have not had a chance to meet with my friends to continue the work. I hope to finish the video as soon as possible and I hope to get permission to put it on youtube and my blog. Also my savings account should be opened soon so that I may put aside money for the studio and any other important things that may come up. By the way does anyone think it would be a good idea to ask for donations for the studio? I would really like to know if it is a good idea and how I should go about it if I do decide to ask for donations. If for what ever reason I am called, by God, to do something else (which I don't believe I will) then the money would go toward my new calling, ministry and or to missions and charities. I wish to do things to further the kingdom of God thank you for listening!

Creation and evolution question

Battling it out

First I would like to apologize for the late post. (I have not had a chance to post on my blog till today.)
(Please note that I repeat the same general concept in a different light throughout this post.)
I would like to talk about inner struggles and how you win them. When I mention inner struggles I mean those times when you sit there and wrestle with yourself in your mind about problems like: why do I keep doing this, I am trying to do better but I just keep messing it up, I want to be nicer, I don't mean to be mean and so on. One thing I have found out is that you can't win these by only going over them in your mind or fighting for that drive you need to get started. First thing you should do is ask God for wisdom and help with whatever it is you are struggling with. Second you should make a heart felt resolve that goes something like this "Lord I am going to go ahead and (stop/start) doing ___________ (fill the blank with whatever your problem is.) even though I don't have the power in and of my self to accomplish it I am going to take action and will succeed as long as you work with me and give me the strength.(Remember, Jesus told us that faith the size of a mustard seed is enough to make a huge difference.) You have to start making an outward effort for your inward struggle.(At this point I assume that you already have a heart felt desire to change whatever it is, not just hide it.) You will not win until you take the inward struggle and turn it into outward action. One of Satins tricks is to make you try to win the battle using only the resources you have within yourself, though that battle is beyond you. By doing this he keeps you from the only way to actually win because an important tool is taking action in faith that God will come through. God will win the battle for you, all you need to do is hand it over to him and start doing it in faith. Once you succeed you will become more motivated. If God puts it on your heart to tell someone about the struggle then chances are you will not win till you do. (I do not always do the last one and as a result I continue to lose till I do.) By realizing this and making the change before you feel you have the tools to succeed and leaving the rest to God is how you get past your inner struggles.

(Church) should you go?

There is a growing controversy as to whether or not a Christian should go to church. I would like to start by stating two obvious facts. First is that going to church no more makes you a Christian than going into the garage would make you a car. Second is the bible does not say if thee darest not attend church thou shall burn in hell. It is probably safe to say that you don't go to hell for not going to Church. However much like bathing it has it's purpose. Church is a place for believers to meet with other believers and share in their wisdom of God. It is a place to sharpen one another in good will and faith. As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27: 17) NIV. This verse is a word of wisdom to people and also applies to the church. Church is very helpful and uplifting, it is something that as a Christian we should be an active part of. Throughout the bible you can find places where church is held in high regards. So yes we should go to church but no it is not required. However much like not bathing causes unnecessary problems so does not being involved in church (please note that they are both voluntary). If you need to go on vacation, visit a loved one or a sick friend/family member ect it is fine to take time out of church, just not in excess ( don't take it out of context)

Video game systems and computers.

Is any one reading this blog a Sony fan, because I am. I think the PS 3 is the best console out and I like the psp. I own every Sony console their is and was wondering if anyone else shared my enthusiasm. If you don't care much for Sony what is your favorite console? Also does anyone here have and opinion on windows Vista? Or how about linux? I would love to talk about this stuff because I enjoy them. Rock Band

My awesome friend (Timothy) and I played rock band at his birthday this weekend! He had gotten it at his birthday and it was really fun! I stayed the night and we beat the game. It would be cool if it had more Christian Rock tracks. I did however see one Christian track from flyleaf and it was awesome. I got to where I could guitar on medium difficultly. Timothy of course can guitar on expert and drum on hard. He got the mad guitar skills on guitar hero but I have no clue how he got so good at the drums. (maybe because he can do real drums?) Any way I had fun and killed him at halo, once I learned the controls. p.s. Timothy I hope you read this otherwise it was a waste of time sucking up to you! jk You rock!

Up coming 30 minute film

I am curently working on a 30 minute live action film about a group of (for the most part) idiot friends who decide to investigate a mystery about the living dead. Once it is complete I will have to get permission from my friends parents (and my parents) because of the fact my friends and I are shown in the video. It is being filmed with a digital picture camera because right now that is all we have. Also we are coming up with it as we go, deciding how to do each scene and just doing it. The person running the camera has never done this before(as far as I know) and considering this she is doing a great job. We are also, for the most part, free styling with the camera. We came up with the idea when the co-founder and I went on the side of the house (in the back yard) and started throwing stuff at the fence to try and scare my sisters, his sister and his brother. We wound up hearing his little brother get blamed a couple of times, and then my sisters got too scared to go outside. We then gave ourselves away on purpose and decided to make a video because we were bored.

Can we trust the bible?

I wrote this as a response to a comment on another forum about the bible being written by man and thus not reliable. It was in a discussion on whether abortion is wrong.
Yes we can trust the bible because God is ultimately responsible for it. He is the one who gave wisdom to those who wrote it. If we can not trust the bible then we would have to question the ten commandments. 1. No other Gods. (maybe that was just the writers opinion.) 2. No idols (maybe this person claiming to have a relationship with God did not understand that this would some day be accepted.) 3. Do not take God's name in vain (maybe God's name is an empty word and this man simply disagreed.) 4. keep the sabbath holy (maybe they did not understand some people don't need rest from their every day jobs.) 5.Honor my father and my mother.(why?) 6. Do not murder (maybe the guy did not know there would be such a large population in the future.) 7. Do not commit adultery (maybe sex before marriage and prostitution are not wrong) 8. Do not steal (Who cares as long as you don't get in trouble?) 9. do not give false testimony (Maybe this guy did not realize that he was already lying to everyone by saying this came from God. Maybe it is ok to lie.)
10. Do not covet (did God really say any of this?) Wait maybe there is no real law. So what is sin and why did Jesus die? We did nothing wrong it is just a matter of opinion. Why not do what is right in our own eyes. Was Sodom really destroyed because man did what was right in his own eyes and did not obey God. Was prophesy fulfilled because these guys where just that smart. Maybe the universe created it's self. Maybe if there is a God he is not an all powerful God, or not able to give a man the correct understanding of what he said.Maybe he does not care. Why live? Let me tell you why, because God is real and he is able to give wisdom to those who ask. Any miss interpretation is a result of sin blinding or deceiving us. The first thing the devil did in the garden was make eve doubt God. Then he called God a lier, He denied God. Finally he deified man kind (yea shall be like the most high..) When there is a "gray area" it is defined in scripture however there is a lot of black and white areas. Any one who is told something to make them doubt scripture is in danger of becoming part of a cult. I am not saying this in judgment but genuine concern. I wish to prevent people from being deceived.

Temptation

The wages of sin is death and death was defeated on the cross. This is a fiction conversation I made up.
Stranger:If you are tempted is it sin?
A Disciple of Christ: No it is not Jesus was tempted many times but was without sin.

He came down in human flesh for one purpose, to save us from the death we brought upon ourselves. He came loving, healing and teaching. He came with purpose for all and began knocking at the hearts of man. He was the friendly stranger offering hope. He was already aware of his coming rejection, yet he knocked. Man kept the door to his heart closed and mocked him, spit on him ... crucified him. Christ did not run or defend himself when falsely accused because he knew it was not his sins he was dieing for.(He had not sinned.) He took it so the world may come to know him and be saved. As they mocked and killed him, Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."...(Luke 23:34) He defeated death when he raised himself from the grave and now he is always knocking and waiting for you to accept his gift and be blessed. One day my friend followed me into a park restroom when I went to go pee. While he was standing behind me I decided to make him feel awkward. So I said, " You know when I was at school I would be walking with my friend at lunch and sometimes he would have to go. Every time I would follow him in and go too. One day he asked me, 'why do you always have to go at the same time as me' I told him that I didn't but it felt weird just standing out side the bathroom looking like some loner and that it would fell even more awkward to follow him in and just watch him go." at this point my friend who followed me in started pacing and randomly turned on the sink. I then let him know I did that to make him uncomfortable. Of course it worked!

What is the void that christians say every one is trying to fill?

Have you ever heard someone say that everyone tries to fill a void in them self with different thing such as sex, drugs, money friends and so on? They then say that only God can truly fill that void. I would like to try and clarify what this means. (at least to me). Have you ever had a time when you finish the day and you begin to think about all the problems you try to ignore or forget? I have, and I remember that at one point in my life, I recalled when I was little and I was unaware of all the problems and life was simple. I also remember the simple peace I always had. I also thought about how that same day nothing troubled me when I was enjoying my time with my friends. I was temporarily unaware of the lack of peace. However when the day ended and every time I was knocked of the high of entertainment and fun, I was forced to face reality and the sadness, lack of inner peace or purpose would take over. This lack of peace during hard times is what I believe that void is. We try to ignore it in varies way. Be it, video games, friends, movies, sex, drugs or music. However God wants to give you that sense of peace when thing are not going the way you would like. I admit life is not all peaches when you accept God however you will always have someone to lean on to comfort you and give you that peace. And all you have to do is accept(in your heart) what Christ did for you and let him in your life.He died so that you may have not only life but life more abundantly. God wants a personal two way relationship with his creation. If you accept Christ as your savior you should let someone know. Also while salvation is a free gift all you have to do is except it, I encourage you to serve God with your new found life because this is your purpose.

Free 3d animation suite

There is a free 3d animation suite that I will be using for animation studio. It is just as powerful as the three thousand dollar program 3d max. It is operated a little differently though. The program is called blender 3d. There is one for every major os such as windows, mac and Linux. You can get the program at www.blender.org ! You will also need to download and install python for all of the features of blender to work properly. You can get this from http://www.python.org/download/
The blender web site also has a image gallery of models that where made in it. For tutorials I would recommend the blender noob to pro wiki.

This was done so I could practice using my video sequence editor. The studio I am starting is for computer animation. If any one is interested in joining read the information below and email me.

Is any one willing to work part time for no pay at a Christian animation studio? The no pay part is temporary as well as the part time. We need more people to help start a studio. No skills in animation or movies required. The plan is to build a studio that writes, animates and edits feature length Christian films. The films are meant to deliver a Christian message while still being just as good and entertaining as any other movie. You do not have to be artistic to join, seeing as not every one will be responsible for the artwork portion. However we do need artistic people also. If any one wishes to contribute artistically please send a sample of your original art work. We wish to give every member a say as to what goes into the animation. The written portion of the first animation is already in the works. Also please note that members are not allowed to show any part of the animations progress to anyone outside the studio without permission. (Note that the founder is 16.)

Science and the bible

Science and the bible have no conflicts. (The main topic of this is the the Creation Evolution controversy. I believe in a literal six day creation.)However many people out their will try to make you believe their are large contradictions. I would like to point out that the evidence that is used is mostly already dis proven information and mis representation of the evidence gathered. One example of the already dis proven information being used to support evolution is vestigial structures. The say the whale has a vestigial pelvis and that this proves it evolved from a land animal millions of years ago. I would like to point out two things. First the bones they are referring to are used as anchor points for special muscles used in reproduction. Also vestigial structure if they did existed and showed what the scientist claimed they show, it would be an example of something being lost not gained. It does not show how they got it in the first place.Did we slowly lose everything to gain it all? Their are many other thing used as evidence that are purely false but I won't get into that now. A common mis representation of the evidence is the different varieties of animal e.g. small dogs, little dogs, dogs with short tails and dogs with long tails. This kind of evolution is referred to as micro evolution which is simply variations in the kind. I would not argue with this for a second. It does not contradict the bible and it has been seen tested and unobserved. However they then try to say this proves that we came from a rock 4.6 billion years ago and that dogs and bananas are some how related. This is purely faith based with no real evidence. Both evolution and creation are religious. They both attempt to answer four basic questions of life: Who am I, Where did I come from, what am I worth, and what is the purpose to life. They both also have to be taken up on faith. The only difference is evolution is tax supported. Their is a very good speaker on this subject who is currently in jail for tax evasion. I do not condone this, however he has some very good arguments for a young earth that I believe is worth your time. Also I do not hold a personal opinion as to whether or not he is saved or why God has him in jail. That is between him and god and I have no place to judge him. However his name is Kent Hovind and he allows his seminar videos to be freely copied and distributed. In nearly all his slides he states his sources so you can read them your self. Hello my name is Trever and I am sixteen. I have three sisters ages five, seven, and nine. I move a lot with my family because my dad works in the air force. I enjoy video games, movies, bike rides, animation, a variety of music and much more. I am a firm believer in Christ. I believe the bible is the innate, Inerrant, and infallible word of the living God. I believe that the bible and real science have no conflicts. I also believe that it is possible to make Christian films with the same quality of entertainment as any non Christian film (minus the nudity and unneeded language.) I am working on starting a studio that will do just that and I currently have six voluntary members. I posted my description here because it was to long for the description section. (p.s. C.H.E.W.S. stands for Christian Home Entertainment Works Studio.) One more thing, I will be more than happy to defend my position on the bible if any one wishes to discuss it.
